Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Certain items (such as perishable goods, personal care products, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges
